If you had read the article, it didn't say anything about the APT. It said that Mccarthy paid Hicks cash to come here. Huge difference in the eyes of the NCAA.

How do you prove such a statement unless both Hicks and McCarthy confirm that it happened? You end up with a he said, he said situation.If the Reveille or any newspaper doesn't have concrete evidence, they shouldn't print the article.
