not visually.
and seems like there were a lot of cheesy acting during those times.
i really only say this because i remember really liking the crow, but then when i go back to watch it now i am like, umm really?

Maybe in terms of special effects and quality film stock but as for as cinematography that depends on the movie. There's plenty of movies out today with terrible cinematography and there were quite a few that were rather impressive in the 90s.

There's a lot of cheese acting out today. There's a lot of cheese acting in any decade it really just depends on the movie.
Anyway we agree The Crow, good but by no means anywhere close to great.
