re: Thanksgiving Day Cocktail

I just mixed up my milk punch. I use an old pitcher that was given to my parents for their silver wedding anniversary. It sat in a cupboard unused till I took over Thanksgiving and started serving this milk punch that is a the better half's family tradition.

4 cups whole milk
1 cup whiskey
1/4 cup sugar
dash of vanilla

Serve with a small sprinkle of nutmeg.

The Aunts add 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream and mix it in the blender, but I like it better without.
