My favorite cocktail of late is still the Crescent City Cooler
Fille Highball glass with ice
add 2-3 Oz of Cruzan guava rum
3 shakes of bitters
1 oz lime juice or concentrated lime syrup
Fill glass with Ginger Ale
Enjoy
