I think that losing at least 3 games EVERY year is not good enough. Because if that's the case, there's gonna be seasons where you fall back a bit and lose 5.
But if you have 3-loss seasons that occur but aren't the norm, that's okay. Because if you average 2 losses per season, eventually you'll out it together and lose 1 or none and compete for a trophy.
