how can you jackasses not understand that we will not be able to fire les and still pay another top-flight coach 3-4 million dollars a year?

how can you jackasses not understand that even if Miles doesn't win a game again for the next two years, it will still cost the same to buy him out.
So you're saying we are stuck with him for the next decade no matter what happens?
