That was Flynn's fault IMO. He had at least 15-20 seconds on the clock after the play call if I remember correctly.

Yes, you do remember correctly. AU 2007 wasn't clock mismanagement, it was a great call that our QB took way too long to implement. Go look at the video above...they break the huddle with 19-20 secs left and don't snap it until 8 secs. Not Miles fault at all.
The rest of the games mentioned here do qualify though.
