After watching this year, the qb position is still not up to a SEC level. Who is to blame for this. I know we were in for a tough year last year when Miles dismissed Perriloux, but for it to continue this year is somewhat of a mystery to me. I guess the problem is with the qb coach. We need a new offensive coordinater and a new qbs coach. This would make a big difference in the way the offense performs I believe.

JJ has made progress this season. He's getting better.

How good he'll be next year, I can't say.

does it bother any of you when you just bitch and complain and say everything sucks, even when youre making shite up.

even after his worst game all year, Jordan is second in the SEC in completion percentage (61.5, tebow is 65), has a 3 to 1 TD to INT ratio and, even though it took a beating this week, a QB rating of 137. Jordan is getting better. Some of you just dont care because youre so determined to hate everything.

Yeah I have also noticed the "And by the way JJ is terrible" bylines. With proper coaching JJ can become an excellent QB. He has shown all of the skills required to be an above average SEC QB. To not see that is to be looking in the other direction for something else.

I can see an improvement, but with the proper coaching he would be much better whab he is now. I am not complaining just be compaining. This is just an observation which some JJ lovers just cannot take. There may be progress but it is not moving at an acceptable rate. JJ did not lose that Ole Piss ball game bad clock management did.

Offer Spurrier a good salary, and we have the best QB coach in history. And with a little luck, he will bump Miles for the HC position.

Jefferson is consistently put into bad situations due to the coaching staff. I think he's played pretty well despite it.

JJ just needs time this is really year 1 for him. We found out he plays hurt which is very important. He shows promise. By the way who else would play QB next year?

I guess Shepard will just do nothing but 3-4 plays a game while JJ wasts the next 2 yrs.

this is why i hate you people. you say the dumbest shite imaginable, something that flies in the face of all reality, and that's the basis of your argument.

Spurrier has been at Scar for 5 years. hes 34-27, 18-22 in the SEC.

Stephen Garcia is their starting quarterback. Hes a sophomore (21 years old)

Jordan Jefferson is our starting quarterback. he is also a sophomore (19 years old)

Garcia was number 90 in the rivals top 100.

Jordan was number 208.

Garcia has a 57.1 percent completion percentage.

Jordan has a 61.5 percent completion percentage.

Garcia has a 123.91 qb rating.

Jordan has a 136.90 qb rating.

Garcia has been sacked 32 times.

Jordan has been sacked 28 times (i only mention this one because rantards use his sacks as some kind of "proof" that Jordan is dumb and/or badly coached)

Garcia has a TD/INT ratio under 2 to 1.

Jordan has a TD/INT ratio of 3 to 1.

Now, please explain to me how Spurrier - the best QB coach in history and our savior - took a better player in the same amount of time, yet he isnt as good as Jordan.

Don't look now, but the same could be said for just about every position on the offense, along with some on the defense. Talent? Sure. Coaching & technique? Not so much.

We currently don't have a QB coach! And yes it has shown the last 2 years, but let's hope Miles will fix that in the offseason along with bringing in new offensive coordinator!

Last year was the time to do that. Miles gets one mulligan, not two. Last year was it. He used it up on the Malveto disaster, but left Crowton alone to frick up this year. It's too late to clean part of the house. The whole house needs cleaning now.
