So, what you really don't want is DRAMA?
You want the game to be decided early so you don't have to worry? Is this what you are saying?

Just curious, do you think LSU charges the most in college football for tickets? Because by your own logic, you should be happy for LSU to finish ranked exactly where they are on the list of most expensive ticket prices? Or can all those other schools not "demand excellence" as well?

Great post. 8-2 and #8 in the BCS = 2-9.

You're on your game today, W.

You need to move someplace where the players are all studs, the coaches can do no wrong, and the results on the field are always exactly what YOU expect them to be. Southern California would be a perfect fit for you -- go for it.

The university charges an arm and a leg for everything. $5 dollars for peanuts, $6 for m&m's, $8 for a hot dog, $9 for nachos, $100 for a TAF membership which the tailgate party is supposed to be free. The beer is free (can't complain except they only open the beer line for a little over an hour), but if you want gumbo, that's $10 and the list goe3s on and on.

The university isn't responsible for any of these. TAF is not part of the university or the athletic department, and concessions are contracted out and set their prices.

I don't disagree that costs associated with going to a sporting event are high, maybe even inexplicably. But it is true that LSU's ticket prices are middle of the pack as far as other SEC schools are concerned.

Yeah, he wants to know the Tigers will win because he's leaving at halftime no matter the score.

And there you have it. There have been a group of LSU fans who have been waiting for this to happen since Miles was hired. The problem is, in no way has that happened. The guy has won 50 games in less than 5 seasons, a NC and has brought in as much or more talent than the previous coach. There is nothing remotely similar to the Curley years...

Suggesting that people will be upset if the sky falls is not exactly going out on a limb. But many of you guys have been craning your neck skywards for 5 seasons now in anticipation of getting hit in the head. While looking upward, you've missed some damn fine football.

LSU is 8-2 right now, with a chance to finish in the top 5....

If we play like we did last weekend, we are sure off to be set at 8-4, but the more I post on here, the more satisfying that record is to most of you, as long as we retain our coach of course, dumbasses.

at least once a day, some boob references the "timeout" vs Tennessee in 2005. "Lost me right there !"

Life's too short. Some of these dumbasses really need to find a new team.

Once again, I don't leave at half time. I live in Shreveport and I drive 4 hours to see ALL the game, not part of it

where do you sit again

I sit wherever I buy a ticket. I go to as many games as I can each year. La Tech is the only home game I haven't gone to this year, and I took a roadtrip to Bama. But I am not complaining about this team. I am proud of the school I graduated from and am glad that we are enjoying the best decade of LSU football EVER. I have moments where I am disappointed in the play or coaching, but feel I getexactly what I pay for every game. We do not buy tickets to be guaranteed a win or to guarantee that our team plays lights out when it is plagued with injury and forced to use its backup QB. We pay to enjoy the atmosphere of our stadium and enjoy a contest of two teams and we are given that every time we go.
Quit your bitching. We have the opportunity to be ranked in the top 5 for 3 out of 4 years. That is a rare and amazing accomplishment, and if you can't appreciate that then ditch your tickets and go be a Florida fan you jackass.

it's all about the price you pay and what you get for that price

horseshite. You have an inaccurate perspective on what "it's all about." You're no fan at all- only when things go your way. LSU football is"all about the price you pay and what you get for that price"? horseshite-you've missed in pitiful fashion.
