Should the Saints get new uniforms?

I think all white pants and tops with black n gold strips down the pants legs. An lets throw in a black helmet with Louisiana on it!

I was with you until this point. The Saints have great helmets that do not need to be changed. The fact that since 67, the helmet has stayed pretty much the same makes me feel like it should never change. The uniforms have changed, so there is no history to prevent a new set.

Yeah! i don't know what i was thinking your probably right stay with the Gold helmets but would love to see them in all whites!Maybe they break them out at the SuperBowl!

K we will pop them out when the 2010 Draft when they say the Saints are on the clock with the Final pick of the 1st. round.

I wouldn't mind an update but knowing this teams luck, yes even in this season, we would probably end up with something horrible like those late 90's Houston Rocket's jerseys.

If it ain't broken don't fix it. The Saints have one of the best natural color combinations of black/gold/white in the league. The home with black top gold pants is sick. The away with white top gold pants is sick. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them. They don't need to "modernize" the look, it's already a clean and modern look.

I think the Mora-era uniforms were the best. Even the fleur-de-lis on the helmets were better looking. I think the fleur-de-lis they have now are a little cartoonish looking.
I couldn't agree more. Too many NFL teams ruined great uniforms with the "modern" update (ex. Vikings).

What is this fascination with all white? I think young people have been brain washed into believing that sameness is good. What ever happened to uniqueness?

Do we really need a uniform thread every week? Why don't some of you just come out of the closet, go on Project Runway, and get it over with?

I am somewhat on this side. I'm not really a big fan of the Saints old Uni's except for nostalgia sakes, but the 76'ers unis look really good this year.
It looks like something from the ABA(not that I am old enough to ever watch a ABA game)
