the jacob's boudin is ok but not great. probably the best you're going to get from around that area though. couchon might be good though.

Thanks for the replies, guys. She lives in NO and had already picked up the andouille, but they were out of Boudin. Keep in mind, I'm in Tennessee, and I am not as picky as I was back home. I may try to make my own one day.
