Can someone explain to me why Pierre Thomas gets flagged for celebration after that dance (his first TD) but any player in Green Bay jumps into the stands and the officials dont bat an eye?

It seems to me like this is a rule that is applied at the subjective whim of the refs at the game.

"During the touchdown, Pierre Thomas' simple hula dance celebration drew a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty when TE Jeremy Shockey tried to join him. The NFL prohibits celebrations by more than one player."

He deserved the penalty because his celebration dance was excessive. Pierre is supposed to be a professional. He should have simply handed the ball to the referee and walked off the field. He should have let his play speak for itself. These celebration dances are uncalled for and are going to end up costing the Saints a game as a result of the penalty yards being charged on the insuing kickoffs.
