You're right..Their run D is solid. Crompton seemed to have a bit of success against them with quick slants yesterday. I actually think he may have had better stats than any of the other SEC QB's that have faced Bama's D

Tenn hurt Bama on the quick slants. WR would cut inside the DB on timing route and then gash them for yards after the catch. They will probably work on defending it better as they have 2 weeks to get ready for LSU, but if the WR runs the route properly it's good for 5-10 yards and gets the LB's to respect the pass behind them. Screens have also been effective against Bama.
JJ better be ready for the blitz packages! He hasn't shown the ability to read them and make a quick decision, so this is a big concern.
