I don't know that either guy can save it. That is what is alarming.

Both need a top notch qb coach, then both will be successful. Top need a specialty coach

I completely agree. I just don't think that Lee is the one-game fix for our QB situation, and it seems like the general consensus is that he can just because we scored 41 against North Texas and Appy State last year.

They don't have to save it. For once, LSU just really needs a game manager at QB to have a good season. The defense is good enough so that if the QB doesn't make too many mistakes, and makes good short passes, that we can win 9 or 10 regular season games.

But if we want to have a shot at the national title this year, we are probably going to need a playmaker at the QB position. However, this year, a NC is not likely.
