I think things have changed a little, now that we have reached the meat of our schedule, we are able to make more of an assessment and there is a definite problem now if miles hadn't realized it before.
Gary has 2 weeks to make something happen. I'm not expecting a miracle, but I expect him to take an honest assessment of this team and make some necessary adjustments.
