Single season vs. long-term makes a big difference.
Single season will change every week as the results come in.
Overall, the SEC and Big XII are a cut above the rest.
The MWC is on a par with the remaining B(C)S conferences.
The WAC, MAC, and CUSA are a big step down from that.
The Sun Belt is a joke.
