bullshite, that's why teams have back up players, and try to establish depth, because injuries are part of the game and your back ups should be almost as good, if not just as good, as the starter to still give you a chance to win. from what I've read, brantley is pretty good.

That's right, and that's why it's a team sport. You beat the team, not just the individual athlete.

If you've got a healthy Tebow, but a crappy O-Line and subpar skill players, you don't have a Florida National Chamipion.
