Biggest problem to this point...

is of course the offensive line! Some teams could overcome this but we cannot. What I mean by that is even when the OL does their job we don't capitalize. For example, I think people are quick to forget that Jefferson blew two wide open throws for sure TD's right before the missed FG. The offensive line gave him time on a critical third down late in the game (the possession before the goal line stand) and he allows the play clock to run out then misses an open Lafell on the next play. If Jefferson hits on any of these plays we walk out of Starkville with a 2 score victory.

I am stil cautiously optimistic that this offense will get on the same page and start capitalizing on the potential. Just say a lot of prayers this week...

Absolutley. The DL has been a problem too. If we improve in those areas, we will begin to look like a top 5 team.
