While the 360 dribbling is a nice addition...the real improvement is to the man vs. man challenges that occur in a game. It used to be that if you pressed a button (X for the PS3) you would get the ball from the attacking player. However, now that isn't always the case; many times the attacking player still maintains some control over the ball. The trade off is that now the defender doesn't always need to apply hard pressure (by pressing X) in order to force the attacking play off the ball (often times, the defending player's momentum will do this). I think that this a deeper sense of realism. Also, its nice to see players run into each other, it gives the game a sense that those are tangible beings on the pitch. I didn't get FIFA 09, but I have a feeling that I will be picking up a copy of 10.
