The Alamodome is below NFL standards. I remember in 2005 they said that it would take lots of upgrades and the city didn't have the money. They need more suites and there's no room for them

In the early 80's Al Davis sued the NFL to move the Raiders from Oakland to LA. He won. Since then the Raiders moved from Oakland to LA, then from LA to Oakland. The Colts moved from Baltimore to Indianapolis. The Cardinals from St L to Phx. The Rams from LA to St L. The Browns from Cleveland to Baltimore. The Oilers from Houston to Tennessee.
If the Jags owner wanted to move to SA, the NFL could not stop him.
