I'm glad that they won't be rushing out a crap movie to make a few bucks while they're dealing with the creators' families.

I agree. When that rumor hit a few weeks ago, it worried me. A rushed project like this in the superhero genre is how you get films like Batman & Robin and Catwoman. Probably two of the worst comic movies ever made.
