This has been an incredibly slow start to college football.. EVERYONE looks sloppy.

when chicken did his polls last night i put lsu above ohio state, byu, and boise.

Everyone I watched yesterday had faults. We are as deserving as anyone. Nothing homer about that. Who was perfect? USC? No. Alabama? No. Hell, even Florida took some time to get going.

Five SEC teams represented and we have to play the four others. We have a difficult schedule this year.

I think the coaches see a team that can play really terribly and still win as a 'good' team. I think they are right. Until we play someone with a real resume (ala Florida, Alabama) and win.
As long as we don't lose we'll get the benefit of the doubt from pollsters. If we lose the big game(s) badly then we will feel the wrath of god when the next poll comes out...
