I've never had faith in les miles even though he's won a national championship. Most of the time his team usually plays down to the level of the competition no matter how inferior the opponent is. I never brag on how good Lsu is going to be with this clown as head coach. Talent can only take you so far. The next thing is how much talent do we think we have. When I look at Lsu in most games under les miles it always seems like a struggle to put a team away. Where is all of this talent. Washington supposedly had know business on the field with LSU. It was embarising
to watch. Make up your excuses but, you need to hold Les Miles accountable sometime.

this washington team went detroit lions last year, but i do believe they are better than they are thought of. didn't they all but have BYU beat.. and BYU is a solid program that beat the #3 team yesterday..

they really do have an excellent qb and it was a huge road trip for a season opener.. the players did look tired in the second half.. could be the drastic time zone.. but once we opened up the offense when we really had to we looked solid. i believe we kept it simple and safe on purpose.

all that matters is the W. the rest is history. on to next week.

well, hell, let's go get a coach that allows you to brag before the team ever takes the field. there are just so many to choose from.

How do you expect to hold Les Miles accountable "sometime"??? By posting some bullshite thread on an internet message board??? Sure, THAT'll hold him accountable!

While you have a right to your opinion, and I do respect that, I just don't understand folks like you. We are winning games. Nope, they are not always pretty, but along the same lines it is so delusional to expect LSU to beat every single team they play by 20+ points, especially in a road game 2500+ miles from BR with a 9:30 kick.

Call Les a clown all you want, again you do have a total right to your own opinion, but I really do think that there will be much improvement after this game. Had LSU won the game by 5 TD's, the topic of conversation here on the Rant this morning would still be "what we should be doing better". The coaches know what is happening, and the fanbase and their opinions will not play into the decisions one bit.

Talent wise, we were vastly superior to Wash., & for that matter, wil be for almost all of the teams we will face this year. While our coaching left much to be desired last night, I was disappointed in a lot of the players- there were a lot of missed tackles & we were being pushed around on both lines. I also didn't like some of the showboating whenever someone would make a tackle...someone else pointed that out last night, & he was right, we did not see that in previous years. Win the damn game then you can celebrate all you want...

you and people like you give LSU fans a bad name before u open ur mouth do so research. Cause Mile's has done as good of or better job than saban against lesser opponents. And as far as not putting teams away if you are looking for a coach that is going to run up the score become a USC fan.if u need proof of my point here goes lets compare the dumb miles to the al might saban!

N.SABAN Dominate Prefomaces
w.carolina 58-10
tulane 48-17
Illinios 47-34
citidel 35-10
miami oh 33-7
ul 48-0
ulm 49-7
arizona 59-13
oklahoma 21-14(bieng generous b/c of the defensive prefoemace)
ark st 53-3

Not So Impressive:
houston 28-13
uab 10-13
geaorgia tc 28-14
utah st 31-14
m tenn. 30-14
va tech 8-26
texas 20-35
Oregon st 22-21
troy 24-20
iowa 25-30

Now miles Not Dominate
Arizona st 35-31
app st 24-0
tulane- 35-10
troy 40-31
washington 31-23

Miles Dominate:
miami 40-3
n texas 56-3
ul 45-3
arizona 45-3
tulane 49-7
fresno st 38-6
notre dame 41-14
va tech 48-7
m tenn 44-0
la tech 58-10
app st 41-14
n texas 41-3
georgia tech 38-3
Ohio st 38-24

Yes lets Fire miles for playing down to his opponents, get a frickin clue loser and learn something about football. Miles is 20-0 in out off conferance games lord saban was 11-4 an lost to UAB and couldn't get his team up for Texas, Iowa or Va tech. Miles is 44-11 so far. What more do u morons want. Yes i was not happy with the way we played last night but consider they traveled 2500 miles and were playing a game Till 100am. Let not jump to judgment yet. Miles still has a young team and he still has to protect a young Qb. He has only start 3 games. They will throw the ball down the field i asure u this year.
