Los Angeles. Southern California supports two baseball, two basketball, and two hockey teams. It is a great sports market. The Rams and Raiders had fan support. Al Davis and Georgia Frontierre just made money grabs.
A new stadium seating 70,000 with luxury boxes and club seats would be a goldmine.
I'd call the team the Los Angeles Tigers or Cougars or Panthers or something and have red, green, and brown, as team colors which are colors on the State Flag.

Los Angeles is easily one of the worst, if not THE worst sports town in America.
But your post is one reason that the league will NOT put a team there. They can always spout of irrelavent stuff like what you said and threaten to move there if they don't get a publicly funded stadium.
