I just couldn't see the NFL doing well in Portland. MLS and NBA are perfect at this point

Birmingham is an interesting choice... I think it could work well. Doubtful the NFL would ever consider giving them a franchise considering the size, though.

Toronto since Goodell is trying to expand the NFL into foreign markets. Portland would be good and since Nike is headquartered up there the team would probably get a lot of money just from that. Oklahoma City is interesting. The Big12 area if football crazy but doesn't have a lot of NFL teams in the area
