I'm assuming they would need to do a physical examination for any signs of "reconstructive" surgery, DNA testing, and possibly some sort of hormone testing to see if she's undergone gender reassignment?

I thought it was just a check in the pants.

There was a runner in the 1990s who failed the genetic test because she was androgen insensitive or whatever they call it.
