T-Shirt design

My wife owns a beauty salon and asked if I could find her a design to put on some t-shirts. Anyone want to help me out and come up with a nice looking/flashy t-shirt design? She would like to give some of these shirts to her clients. I have no clue where to start with this kind of stuff. Any help would be appreciated.
