He's a friend of mine. I said this on multiple threads about him and ZVR. He will sign.
ETA: his bonus will range anywhere from 500k to around 900k... Nothing huge like ZVR's.

Honestly it's pretty pathetic if he's willing to sign for 500,000-700,000 coming out of highschool.
1.Drafted by the Phillies who are one of the richest franchises and could bargain for more than that easily.
2.He can play 3 years and become a instant top 5 round pick.
3.He has one of the best arm's in his class and if he can elevate his fastball 3-4 mph he would be a top 25 pick in 2012.
