Selling My house

This house has been a great house but I need to sell it becuase my wife is crazy. I dont think she read TD but for real she nuts. Anyway I will post a link to the house if anyone is looking or may know someone who is looking to buy. I have put in a nice sized putting green in the back yard.

Katytigers, I am not sure what you mean by your post. I built the playground out out 2X6 treated lumber. It has been a great play area for my kids. I built the putting green for me (I thought) but my kids use it 10x more than i do. My son is not a bad putter for being 6.

No but I do love that lumpia(?). She is Japanese and she is really cool. I meet her in the USN overseas and the funny thing is my kids both look like me brown hair blue eyes. I guess that cajun gene is more powerful than that asain gene

no what I mean is it looks great so any offer from a family will probably read the playground stays as in they get it.

Katytigers, thanks for the positive feedback. It about 54' long and being under the huge pecan trees makes it a really nice shaded area all day. I enjoy your post about LSU on this board. I have been addicted to TD TB DD and TOS for years.

This needs to be explained more. Do you have to sell the house because your wife is "crazy" to want a bigger/newer/whatever house? Or do you have to move because your wife is "crazy" and now all the neighbors have restraining orders against her?
Oh and I think "crazy" is an unneccessarily modifier to "wife".
Put some colors on those white walls. Also, did I see a chandelier above the bathtub?

No man I have some great neighbors. I only joke about my wife being crazy. Ya that is a chandelier over the tub. Its sets to mood for a great evening.

No doubt. I got creamed selling my house. I took a 20k hit on my house before realtor fees.

I am hoping to take the hit with the market being the way it is and sale it without a realtor fees and come out ok. How long did it take you to sale you home MSTIGER33? I am in no real rush to sale but I would like to sale it sooner than later.

+1 beautiful house but the guy who can buy a 300k house has to worry about selling his first....
