Anyone else watching this? I liked the first two episodes....pretty cool making the gasifier last night and the water filter the week before that...seems like the old guy with the beard keeps coming up with all the good ideas.

i had never seen the previews for it until last night, i almost recorded it but had to take care of sick g/f so that got in the way. Looks interesting though.

I got caught up on the first few episodes on Monday, watched the new episode last night. Pretty entertaining show, a little like Survivor though without the "challenges". Do you think they are getting some technical advice on some of the stuff they're building or repairing?

This show has done nothing but show me that I would be utterly useless in an apocalypse.
I can still run sorta fast I guess, and I'd raise hell if someone tried to break into my warehouse. That may help in some capacity, but I don't know how to rig up a power system or build an engine or flamethrower or shower. Maybe I could encourage the ones who did?
