No idea how they got it. Over 1500 bucks in charges in one day. Luckily the bank caught it and gave me a call. I called one of the websites and they gave me the shipping address used and a phone number. Phone number is out of service though. I've been searching online for 3 hours trying to match a number with that address. I found a name, but no phone number yet.

Also, give whatever information you find to the bank and/or credit card company you use. They have departments which specialize in frauds such as these. It's in their best interest to try and catch the crooks, too.

Good luck!

Post their info on the OT and let them handle from there.

Just talked to another of the websites they ordered from. They wouldnt give me the shipping address, but they said the guy had my full billing address. I put a fraud alert with the credit bureaus, and looked at my credit report from transunion. Nothing out of the ordinary. How the frick did this a-hole get my card number? The address is in NC, and I live in georgia.

one of the charges is from "College Sports Network" for $107.93. Anyone know what that is and where I would find a customer service number?

Just so you know, putting a "fraud alert" on your credit won't help people from stealing your credit card numbers. However, it will help people from stealing your idenity all together. So it's still a good thing

This happened to me last year, except it was 2500 worth of stuff from overstock, and I caught it, not the bank. All I did was call USAA and they took care of everything. I never filed a police report or anything.

Yea, the reason i put the fraud alert on it is because they also had my billing address. I was afraid if they have that, then they might also have my ssn, etc.
