chris paul and thorton in the backcourt would be a huge defensive liability

yeah i read the same ESPN analysation. but the dude can play defense. thats how he'll get the job if he gets it. everybody says daniels is a good defender but you gotta go with the youth!

bullshite. Now, he may lack the physical attributes to guard opposing SG's in the NBA, but to say he has "no interest" is laughable. He improved a lot from a defensive standpoint in between his junior and senior season at LSU. He bought into TJ's system and I never once questioned MT's effort on the defensive end last year.
