Help opening a file...

Have to have an account to access. What type of file is it?

It also says it's a "compressed zip file" and when the file folder opens it has several different items to open....none of which are the actual file.

It's because it's a .docx file. You need Office 2007 or the Compatibility Pack for 2003 to open it.
