Congratulations on a dominating post season and CWS win! I'm envious that your school actually gives a f%^k about baseball, unlike our arse-hat AD who doesn't even know we have a program...but I digress.

It might take us a few more years to catch up to SC in number of championships, but we're trying! Thanks for the congrats!

But they have not won one in 10+ years. Has USC abandoned their tradition of baseball excellence or has recruiting on the left coast gotten that much more competitive?

Combination of a lot of things but mainly it seems our AD just doesn't care. I mean 3 straight seasons of .500 ball, and our coach is re-hired for next season??? Give me a farking break.
Lots of people are pissed about this, but since Garrett (our AD) won the lottery with his hiring of CPC, he's not going anywhere.
God it's been 11 years since we won a hardball NC?? I'm crying in my beer as I type.

Yeah both of our programs have had our bad arse players over the years! Hopefully will be on top again someday. Here's to a USC/LSU NC in baseball AND football!

Farkin' A, tell me about it. I think one of our current problems is recruiting...not poor recruiting but poor recruiting decisions. Our coach recruits awesome players that go straight to the pros before setting a foot on campus. We GOTTA go after guys that will actually play for us, not just guys that are talented.
