Why not? Ranaudo hasn't pitched that much (relatively speaking) in the CWS. Only about 80 pitches vs. UVA and he went 6 vs. Arkansas. I don't remember his pitch count.
He can make it through 7 on four days rest from a not too strenuous last start.
ETA: He threw 77 vs. Arky. With four days rest, it's almost, almost like he's fully rested.

You could argue he has had 5 days rest
In all serious it will have been 110 hours since his last pitch. His arm is as fresh as it can be during the season. I would expect at least 6 out of him and I hope to see him pound Texas inside and not leave it out of the plate.
