Game should have ended in bottom of the 9th

That 4th ball that turned into a wild pitch or passed ball definately hit the Texas batter - the run should have not been allowed - 1st base was open.

It did NOT definitely hit him. At best, it's something that should have been discussed, and if the home plate umpire didn't hear a sound, it stands.

It didn't hit the batter, and it wasn't even really close. Mike Patrick was drunk.
