re: Vegas- 10 yr Anniversary-Where to eat

Thanks everyone. These are some great suggestions. Non-food question, I am a little torn between letting my wife in on picking or if I should make the reservations and then the morning of, telling her we have reservations at whatever time. Honestly, she is somewhat of a control freak, and I mean that in a good way, so I am thinking it will be more of an impact to just surprise her.
