Interesting stats regarding Coach Mainieri at LSU:
Overall record at LSU: 129-61-2
SEC record: 50-38-2
If you take out his first year:
Overall: 100-35-1
SEC: 38-21-1
Postseason Record: 20-4
Team Batting Average:
2007 - .256 2008 - .306 2009 - .315
Team ERA:
2007 - 5.10 2008 - 4.11 2009 - 3.99
Team Batting Average Against (pitchers):
2007 - .294 2008 - .266 2009 - .255
And hopefully we are leading after 8 innings in the CWS because the last two years we are 84-1-1 when leading after 8!

Its interesting that our ERA, BA and BAA has improved each of his 3 years. Looks good for the future too.
