You know what? I was so disgusted with the way the Tigers played in that game up until the final play, that I still can't fully enjoy that play like others seem to be able to. I'm getting better, but I still can't help thinking that it would be so much better if that "miracle play" had happened against some conference opponent other than Kentucky - maybe Florida or Alabama.

Oh well. I'm glad for Devery Henderson, and Marcus Randle, and that whole team. They will be remembered for a long time.

No it was best that it was Kentucky, because Florida, UGA, etc. wouldn't have pour Gatorade on their coach & stormed the field

LSU may or not be the best team of this decade, but we can make as good an argument as anyone else -- Florida, USC, Ohio State.

But LSU is the undisputed Notre Dame of this decade -- LSU has won more big games, had more exciting finishes and has thrilled more television audiences than any other team, and it's not close

I know where you're coming from. We had a big lead and they came back behind JLoad and that TE that ate us alive the entire game. I was pissed.

The play never gets old, but the "edited" call of the play is just stupid. The official LSU version is edited with Hawthorne actually saying Henderson instead of Jack Hunt. How can you edit something and say this is actually what happened. It's really kind of comical. Why not edit all of the great calls in sports history until you get the one that sounds best? Duh... It's a spur of the moment thing that if changed is a 'tampered with the moment thing'.

triplesauce-

You may have made one of the most intelligent posts I've seen on this board. That doesn't take much, but kudos to you!
