you forgot the one thread that comes up, that everyone is just confused about, something that doesn't even make sense, like

You forgot the one saying,"Who cares if LSU wins the SEC regular season title? It's not important. LSU will be a top 8 seed anway because there is no way they go 0-2 in the SEC tourny."

It is the truth, even if they go 0-2, they still are getting a top 8 national seed

But not if they weren't SEC regular season champs. The SEC regular season champs, to go along with their high ranking will get them the top 8 seed. But if they had not won the SEC regular season, and they went 0-2 in Hoover, they probably wouldn't have gotten a top 8 seed.
So my point is still that the regular season SEC crown is very important (much more so than the SEC tourny).

FWIW, this is the only one that even remotely should be uttered. Landry goes off last weekend and he doesn't even get a fricking chance against a lefty??? shite still doesn't make sense, especially when Jared Mitchell continues to struggle against lefties.
