Who is helping the team more right now? Defensive wise, Nola is doing a fair job- but is his bat helping out enough to warrant taking Ochinko out of the lineup to make room for Landry? Also, I was talking to a guy today that is very close to Leon, and he said that Nola's parents contribute serious money to the university and that may be why he's getting some PT. I had the same response that many of you would have by saying no way, that doesn't happen on the college level. Still don't see believe it but I just wanted to see what you guys thought. Personally, I want to see Leon in there with Ochinko seeing the bench for a while.

Nola's bat is slightly underrated

he gets out alot but his RBI ratio has creeped up the past coupke games despite not reaching base

before landry got hot again, his RBI % was higher than landry's despite having a lower on base %

Our Defense is so much better with Nola in there, I can't believe you asked this question. LL would never have come out if he didn't go in the tank at the plate and it started to affect him in the field. Nola is simply the best fielder we have. He is NOT coming out.

You don't believe this, yet you still post it. How do you expect anyone to take your opinion seriousley when you include this?

You are giving way too much attention to offense and not enough to defense if you are even considering taking out Nola or Gibbs.

sounds like Leon's friend is an idiot and sour over Leon trying to hit every pitch out of the park. Hopefully the 3 home run performance on sunday doesn't hurt landry

Nola has been getting clutch hits all year. .. well, at least since he entered the lineup.
