When a player goes diving for a ball out of bounds and lands in the seats, that player never has to apologize. When you sit that close, you are taking that risk, and the player has no reason to apologize.

Glen Davis doesn't need to apologize IMO, but probably should, so it can blow over and focus on game 5.
