Anybody that thinks those broken out public eyesore windows are "Intimidating" are 100% insane cretins.
I'm with Alleva. Fix all the public eyesores inside and outside the stadium and replace the high school lights before adding more seats to the stadium.
In the short term, they really do need to just brick over those windows or put up "something" to cover them up. That's a major embarrassment.

no way. clean up the windows, but the old school dorm look is part of the history and tradition.
