Collins and it's not even close.
Had the Vandy injury never happened on that god-awful turf, Faulk would have been #2 and Mealey would have been Kendall Cleveland.
Funny season, though...3 different RB's with a 200 yard game.

You've got to be kidding me. Granted Cecil's career and our glimpse of him was short, but if you're talking a "pickup game", Cecil has got to be the choice here. He was absolutely unstoppable, other than that broken leg and breaking into chick's apartment thing
