Manager: "I am going to hire this guy that can really contribute to this company based on what I have seen."
File clerk: "But monster.com says the other guy is better."
Manager: "How does monster.com know what I'm looking for and what plans I have to make this organization run more efficiently."
File clerk: "Oh, you mean that if you feel like your guy can make more of a contribution than the other guy, you hire him based on what you know rather than what someone on the outside looking in thinks."
File clerk: "But monster.com says the other guy is better."
