hell any jackass that is about to fail out of law school could easily and succesfully defend this case
and if it somehow got to court (on anything can happen thurdays, if you caught that reference ) LSU has an army of lawyers, and when I say LSU, I mean the state of Louisiana

This (as we all know) is a joke of a lawsuit, but what puzzles me is why is an inmate in a South Carolina Federal facility suing LSU, "LSU Tigers", Les Miles, Skip Bertman and Baton Rouge in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of California? What, did Skip and Les head out to Bakersfield to plot their schemes? Did they meet up with FEMA in Sacremento to discuss the steroids, the pop over to Yosemite to pick out blinding-yellow uniform colors?
