I just got finished "A Season on the Brink" and it documented the 86 Indiana squad and somewhat 87 team. Well it said that Bobby Knight should have recv'd a 2nd technical, but back then, a coach had to get 3 to get DQ'd. Also, that referee squad was disallowed to ref the rest of the tournament. They were supposed to be the crew that did the rest of the games.
