Let's say 200 hotel rooms (players, coaches, media) at $100 a night (probably a close guess to a Saints discount offered to all affiliated) times 30 nights (give or take).

That's $600,000 in hotel expenses alone that the Saints were exporting to Mississippi.

Never mind the catering, restaurants, gas stations, Wal-Marts, etc.

These are the same asshats who wouldn't let Louisianians take their highway exits when fleeing from Gustav last August. frick them.

Why would the players and coaches be in hotels in New Orleans during training camp?

good points Alejandro, I'd like to see you post more around here than SR. Somethings are kinda kewler here to me. The tard factor gets rough sometimes, but without the nazis of SR a few more knowledgeable fans could make it better ratio wise. There's a lot of chaff to sift through there.

I thought they stayed in dorms on campus.
