Wrong. AR ended up going mid/late 1st rd last year. If he had stayed another year, he could have been in the top 5 b/c this year's class in very weak.

I'm not saying it was a bad decision to go pro, but it certainly wouldn't have been "stupid" decision to return for one more year.

This isn't the NFL where you get $50 million for going in the top 5 or whatever.

The difference from a top 5 pick and a top 15 pick aren't really that huge.

Randolph, by going early, is receiving better coaching from NBA coaches, and playing against better competition. Plus he is 1 year closer to getting his next big contract.

Not to mention he could have gotten injured this year.

Dude made a great decision by leaving.
