When JL play??? Are you kidding me? JJ is our QB, he will start and I really wish that he had played in some of those games last year that JL played instead. JJ brought leadership to our offense, as a freshman. While JL had his moments, he will be remembered more for all those pick-sixes. It is what it is. Those are inexcusable to throw 6 or more pick-sixes, IN ONE SEASON!!!

leads LSU to an undefeated season and another National Championship. Anyone who hopes for him to fail is not an LSU fan. Also, anyone who thinks that JL will not be needed at some point next year needs to share some of that shite they're smoking.

I am not bashing the guy- like I said, he did have some good moments. However, he also had his chances and never really showed much improvement at all. He was very inconsistent. I am sure that he will be better for having played in those games last season, and from what I hear he has been doing a ton of film study, and that will only help him as well.
I rooted for JL to improve all season, but when we put JJ in there, it was a breath of fresh air to see a freshman QB making plays with both his arm and his feet. His passing was accurate and he truly was a leader on the field for our offense- as a freshman.

doesnt't stare down one receiver the whole time, making it easy for the defense to read his eyes. Hopefully this year, he doesn't have that deer in headlights look on his face like last year and hopefully he starts throwing the ball to our team for a change.

who do people hope that he fails, thats so stupid and i can be sure that he has gotten better in the off season and i also heard that he has looked the best so far this spring

Because those people are mentally challenged ingrates. Not a lick o football or common sense. I don't give a damn who is in the game, it could be Al Gore for all I care as long as it results in successful offensive play for LSU.

I agree, that is really stupid to hope that he fails. If JL fails, so does LSU football. I know he will be better for having played last season, and I will bet he wants no more bad moments as a QB like he experienced. He felt worse than anyone about what took place.
Believe it or not, in my mind, I will never forget the game at Auburn, because he had that first half pick six, and when Hatch went down the LSU nation went into meltdown, but JL showed a ton of poise to lead us to the win in a place we had not win in about 10 years. I think THAT is the real JL. Don't forget about the drive against Alabama in the fourth quarter to tie that game up. He has had good moments and bad as well. He will be just fine.

it has gotten so bad around here that one poster got banned for backing jl i forgot his name it think its BT and I got a pm telling me JJ is our QB get over it. It seemed like we were the only 2 posters who defended lee when people were taking shots at his charater
